Hi, I’m Cristy Taylor—a Human Resource and Business Executive turned author and life coach, and the heart behind Clarity with Cristy. My journey has been exciting but not without its challenges. As I navigated the corporate ranks, I faced obstacles that tested my resilience and determination. These experiences, both the triumphs and the trials, have enriched my perspective and fueled my passion for helping others.
I’ve spent time in Europe and Africa leading the way for global startups, and here in the U.S., I’ve supported over 100 small to large corporations in the HR, business development, and operations space. As a leader and executive, my true focus has always been on mentoring and developing others to reach their full potential. I am passionate about coaching and guiding individuals to find their joy, uncover their strengths, and build the life they deserve.
With 25 years of experience in Business and HR consulting, I’ve had the privilege of mentoring, partnering with, and guiding multiple startups, helping professionals and entrepreneurs carve out their unique paths to success.
